We want you to feel completely at home in your Clementine Sleepwear. If your items aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn, unwashed pieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
